Joints

Our range of ready to cook joints are made from fresh premium quality chicken, turkey, duck, goose, pork, gammon, beef or lamb. All are basted for extra succulence.

The joints are hand made and presented in foil trays ready for oven baking and can be cooked from frozen. Joints range in size from 600g to 2.5kg, basted or stuffed to a recipe of your choice. Popular stuffings include: Sage & Onion, Rosemary & Tyme, Apricot and Prune & Cranberry.
